Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24ours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

Perishable goods: such as food items under our Groceries category (e.g. breakfast items, cold drinks, oil & ghee).
Health and Personal Care Items: This includes products under Babies & Care category (e.g. Pampers, baby food, and baby oil).
Hazardous or Flammable Items: including certain chemicals or items from our Meat and Chicken category (e.g. raw meat or chicken products).
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

Open or used products: Items like Toys & Birthday products, Meat (Chicken, Seekh Kabab, Meat 1kg) that have been used or opened.
Damaged or missing parts: Any product from our Fruits & Vegetables section (e.g. tomatoes, potatoes, mangoes) that is returned with damaged packaging or missing items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Contact your bank, as there may be a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, such as discounted Toys & Birthday items, cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: [physical address].

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, like Meat and Chicken or large Toys & Birthday items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

COD Services

DWe offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for certain areas. Below are the charges for each location:

Police Colony: Rs. 100
Askari 6: Rs. 150
Reghee Model Town: Rs. 200
DHA: Rs. 250
